Terms of Use

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Collective Healing & Wild Growth Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), a business operating out of Ohio, United States. They govern your use of our websites, communities, digital products, Skills, templates, workbooks, courses, prompts, and related resources.

By buying, downloading, accessing, or using any of these, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Who we are

Collective Healing & Wild Growth Co. is a personal development, coaching, consulting, and educational business operating out of Ohio, United States. Joyce Agne is the founder. Our umbrella brand is Wild Growth Co., which operates the following properties:

In these Terms, the "Services" means all of these websites, communities, products, and resources.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your account

Some Services require an account, either on Skool or at checkout. Keep your login details confidential, and keep your account information accurate and current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@wildgrowthco.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. What we offer

We provide educational and productivity tools and services, including coaching, training, consulting, and speaking, digital products and templates, Claude Skills (.skill files) and other AI prompts and frameworks, workbooks, courses, and access to our membership communities on Skool, which have free and paid tiers. Specifics, inclusions, and pricing are described at the point of purchase or signup and may change over time.

4. Your license to use what you buy or download

Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, everything we provide is licensed to you, not sold, under a personal, non-transferable license for your own individual use, including in your own business.

You may:

  • Use the Skills, templates, and materials in your own work and your own AI accounts.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or give away the Skills, templates, files, or materials.

  • Share your login, access, or downloaded files with anyone who has not purchased or been granted access.

  • Copy or repackage the materials, frameworks, or methods as your own.

White-label or resale rights apply only to a specific product that we explicitly sell with those rights stated in writing, and only within the limits stated there.

All Services, including the Context Method, the Skills, the frameworks, the written materials, and the brands, are the intellectual property of Collective Healing & Wild Growth Co., and are protected by law. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

5. AI-generated output and third-party AI tools

Where our Services include Skills, prompts, and templates, they are designed to be used inside your own third-party AI account, such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI). Please understand:

  • The output is generated by AI, not by us. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review and verify everything before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to a client.

  • We do not guarantee any result, including income, outcomes, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your results depend on your own inputs, judgment, and execution.

  • You are responsible for what you put in. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or legally protected information into any AI tool unless you have the right to do so and have taken the steps required to protect it. This includes protected health information (PHI) and client records. If you are a licensed professional, you are responsible for your own compliance obligations, including HIPAA and your licensing board's rules. De-identify client and confidential information before using it with any AI tool.

  • Third-party AI providers have their own terms. When you use a Skill in your own Claude or ChatGPT account, your use of that tool, and the handling of anything you enter, is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not ours.

6. Memberships, billing, and purchases

Our membership communities run on Skool. Membership tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup, and they automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Payments are processed by Skool and its payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

Some products, such as one-time purchases and upgrades, are sold outside the memberships. Those payments are processed by ThriveCart, Stripe, or PayPal, depending on the product. As with membership, we receive only the information we need to fulfill your order, and we do not store your full payment card number.

Founding-rate pricing, where offered, is locked for as long as your membership stays active and uninterrupted, per the terms stated at signup.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. That includes not sharing or reselling access or materials, not attempting to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Services beyond your personal license, not uploading anything harmful such as malware, not running automated data collection against the Services, not using the Services to break the law, and not interfering with our communities or other members.

8. Community, your content, and live sessions

Our communities run on Skool. When you post, comment, or share in a community, you keep ownership of what you create, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it within the community and to promote the community. You are responsible for what you post. Share only what you have the right to share, keep it lawful and respectful, and do not post another person's confidential or client information. We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion. We are not responsible for content posted by other members or for your interactions with them.

We may record live calls, walkthroughs, and trainings for replay and for future use in our products and marketing. You do not have to attend a session that is being recorded. By attending one, you consent to the use of your participation, including your name and likeness, in the recording.

9. Not professional advice

Our Services are educational and productivity tools only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, or clinical advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Joyce Agne, the founder of Collective Healing & Wild Growth Co., is a licensed clinician, but the Services are not clinical or therapeutic services, and using them does not create a therapist-client, clinician-patient, or professional-client relationship of any kind. This applies to all of our properties, including content about nervous system regulation and personal development. For advice about your specific situation, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

10. Results, earnings, and testimonials

We do not guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome from the Services. What you get depends on your own situation, effort, and judgment.

Any examples, case studies, or testimonials we share reflect individual experiences. They are not promises and are not typical results, and your experience may differ.

11. Third-party platforms

The Services rely on third-party platforms we do not control, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Skool, Squarespace, Flodesk, Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart, and Meta. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, their pricing, or their handling of your information. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collective Healing & Wild Growth Co. and Joyce Agne will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or membership giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collective Healing & Wild Growth Co. and Joyce Agne from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content or inputs, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Confirm with your attorney whether you want a specific venue, jurisdiction, or arbitration clause here.]

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, and we may assign them as part of a business transfer. These Terms, along with any terms shown at the point of purchase, are the entire agreement between us about the Services. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, that is not a waiver. When you use the Services or give us your email, you agree to receive notices from us electronically, and you agree that electronic notices meet any legal requirement for written notice.
