1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
Identifiers: name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
Professional information: your role, organization, and credentials, if you share them.
Purchase information: what you bought and the billing details processed by our payment processors. We do not store your full payment card number.
Community and profile information from your Skool memberships.
Anything you send us directly, such as replies, comments, survey answers, or support messages.
Information collected automatically:
Usage and device data through cookies and similar technologies, the Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics, including IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, links clicked, and general location.
Social media interaction data when you engage with us on platforms like Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn.
Information we receive from our service providers:
Our checkout and payment providers send us the details we need to fulfill your order, such as your name, email, and what you bought. They do not send us your full payment card number.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the products and access you request, process transactions and manage your account or membership, send you emails you have opted into, run and measure advertising, improve our Services and websites, respond to you, and meet legal obligations.
3. AI tools and your content (important)
Where our Services include AI Skills, prompts, and templates, for example in the Self-Taught AI Lab, they are designed to run inside your own third-party AI account, such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI).
When you use them there, anything you type or upload, and the output the AI produces, is processed by that AI provider under that provider's own privacy policy. We do not receive, collect, or store the content you put into your AI tools or the output you get back. That data is between you and your AI provider.
4. Sensitive information
Please do not send us sensitive personal information, and do not enter it into the AI tools you use with our Skills. This includes Social Security or government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health or medical information, and any client or other protected information. If you are a licensed professional, de-identify client information before using it with any AI tool. You are responsible for your own confidentiality and compliance obligations.
5. Community and publicly visible information
Our membership communities run on Skool. Your profile, and anything you post or comment there, can be seen by other members and by us. Please treat what you share in a community as public.
6. How we share information, and the services we use
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the service providers that help us run the business across our properties, including:
Flodesk for email marketing and list management.
Skool for our community and membership platforms.
Stripe, PayPal, and ThriveCart for payment processing and checkout. These providers send us only the information we need to fulfill your order. They do not pass us your full payment card number.
Squarespace for our websites, hosting, and forms.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising and lead forms.
Google Analytics for website analytics.
Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to run our sites, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit Meta's ad tracking through your Facebook and Instagram account settings. Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting; because there is no common standard for it, our response to that signal may be limited. [Confirm whether you need a consent banner for EU and UK visitors.]
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We honor them as required by the laws that apply to you.
United States (including California, CCPA/CPRA): the right to know what we collect, to access it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or any sale or sharing of personal information.
European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR/UK GDPR): the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
Canada (PIPEDA): the right to access and correct your information and to withdraw consent.
Australia (Privacy Act / APPs): the right to access and correct your information and to opt out of marketing.
To exercise any of these, email hello@wildgrowthco.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
9. Email and marketing opt-out
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time through that link or by emailing hello@wildgrowthco.com. We may still send you necessary account or transaction messages.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
11. Security, storage, and international transfers
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, which is stored on secure servers in the United States. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you are in the EEA, the UK, Canada, Australia, or elsewhere outside the United States, you understand and consent that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, where data-protection laws may differ from your own.
12. Children
The Services are for adults. Children under 18 are not permitted to use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Significant changes will be communicated as required by law.
